Books and kits in new condition may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Audiotapes, videotapes, CD's, DVD's, and software cannot be returned unless defective. In the event that any such product is defective or unusable, you have the option of receiving a full refund (including shipping), or a replacement item at no extra charge.

Digital (PDF) Downloads: No refunds are available for downloaded digital media, but if you have difficulty with a download or the media you receive is corrupted or unusable, just let us know - we will be happy to send you the media by email or via another file-sharing service.
